Owner and Guest Expectations and Regulations


  1. Owners and guests are required to follow Parking Policy. All vehicles are required to clearly display a FULLY completed GRC (guest registration certificate) on the dashboard, or an Owners Decal. Improperly Parked or Prohibited Vehicles are subject to towing at owner expense. Do not park in numbered spaces unless authorized by the owner

  2. Occupancy for all units at Crystal Shores is limited to no more than 6.

  3. Guests are not permitted to bring pets, comfort or companion animals. Only owners are allowed Registered pets. Trained, ADA Recognized Service Dogs are allowed.

  4. Please Supervise your Children. No unsupervised children under the age of 12 are allowed in the pool areas. You must be 16 or older to use the exercise or game room without adult supervision. Please familiarize yourself with the rules of the pool and other common areas. Everyone is expected to know and follow these rules. Parents will be held responsible for the actions of their children.

  5. Charcoal and Gas Grilling are allowed ONLY in the designated grilling area on the east side of the building. No Smoking in units unless approved by owners. Smoking is prohibited in the common areas. A Designated smoking area can be found in the grilling area.

  6. Fireworks and Flammables are prohibited by the City of Gulf Shores and on the Crystal Shores Grounds.
  7. Be Courteous of Others. Music and other activities should not disturb other guest. Audio and music should be confined to inside units between the hours of 10pm and 8 am.

  8. Feeding birds from the balconies is prohibited. Hanging towels, banners, flags or clothing from the balcony rail is not allowed. Please do not throw anything from the balcony.

  9. Crystal Shores Common Elements are for the exclusive use of Owners and their Guests. Visitors of Guests are welcome to use Crystal Shores private facilities as well as the elevator/stairs to access the private units but the Common Elements (Owners Lobby, Game Room, Exercise Room, Spa, Indoor Pool, the Outdoor Pool, the Hot Tub and the Beach Access Storage Area are for the exclusive use of Owners and their Guests.

  10. Furniture in these Common Elements is to remain in the Common Elements. Chairs and loungers in the pool area are not available for use on the beach or on the beach side balconies of the individual units. Books from the Owners Lobby may be taken out by Owners and their guests provided they are returned to the Owners Lobby before their departure. No furniture from the Owners Lobby is to be taken out of the Owners Lobby for use in a private unit.
